A Virtual Breathwork Group for Therapists

We meet every other Tuesday from 1-2:25pm EST via Zoom.
You get to be in the comfort of your own home, or whenever you are that is private and has strong Wi-Fi.

It’s open to Therapists who desire to learn and grow within community.
It’s for you if you want to feel enlivened when you wake up each day to meet with clients while also enjoying a robust personal life. I strongly believe that your well being and expansion as a human is just as important as your clients’. This group provides The Breathing Room to do just that!

It’s both.
I ask for a minimum commitment of One Month to get a feel for the rhythm of the group and how it can foster your personal and professional expansion. You are welcome to stay as long as it's working for you!

Sure! Group total is 75 minutes.
Here’s the Basic Format:
5-8 Minutes of Brief Check-In with intention setting
35-40 Minutes of Active Breathing
15 Minutes of Integration
5 Minutes of Transition post-Breathwork (sitting up, journaling, sipping water, ect)
The Breathwork is complete at 60-Minutes so there's the option to leave or remain lying down (integrating, listening to shares) through to the end. For anyone that wants to share, listen, ask questions, we'll stay online for 15 additional minutes.

Breathwork releases accumulated stress and trauma inherent from being human and a therapist. You'll eliminate Burnout risk and feelings of Isolation as a community member that feels known and safe to explore what’s possible for you.

I’m trained in the Pause Breathwork Method which uses activating breath patterns and ends with a restful integration. The incorporation of action and rest provides the Body, Mind, and Spirit remarkable space to unlock the unconscious to reveal the hidden and truly release what no longer serves.

1) Biweekly Breathwork for Therapists classes are held via Zoom every other Tuesday at 1pm EST. You can signup here.

Great Question!
The classes are drop-in and open to all therapists with varying Breathwork experience. At the start of each class I instruct on the basics of Breathwork which means less time actually Breathing.
Our Group is focused on More Breath and Community. You get to explore more about yourself through longer breath sessions and a deepening sense of belonging within a consistent peer group.
I’m also available as a support between group sessions, via email or an occasional phonecall to process anything that may have come up in Breathwork.

Breathwork is a very safe practice for most people.
However, here are contraindications to consider:
Angina, Cardiovascular Disease, Hx Heart Attack, Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Glaucoma, Retinal Detachment, Osteoporosis, Seizure Disorders, Recent Injury or Surgery, Frequent Panic Attacks, Hx Psychosis, Family Hx of Aneurysms, Vertigo, Currently Pregnant.
If you are a Yes to any of these, please contact your doctor or mental health provider, in order to receive medical clearance.

I do! My name and credentials are Charlene Rymsha, LCSW. I realized my passion for supporting mental health providers while supervising pre-licensed therapists in 2020. Since then I’ve expanded from 1:1 Supervision into Groups and primarily worked with Fully Licensed Therapists seeking support as they build out a Private Practice of their own.
I’ve also authored a book, Burn Bright, that’s been translated into three languages, and takes a holistic approach to preventing and healing burnout - since Clinician Burnout is real, I’m passionate about sharing the knowledge and somatic tools, including the power of Breathwork with you.
