Charlene Rymsha, LCSW is a trauma-informed psychotherapist and coach, specializing in burnout prevention and recovery. She started Everyday Coherence in 2018 to teach people how to deeply connect with their minds and bodies for optimal wellbeing. Clients arrive to Charlene on edge, unfocused, and exhausted, seeking to regain their confidence, clarity, and strength. Through formal training in clinical social work and mindfulness modalities, Charlene brings a holistic and proven approach to the burnout recovery process with a compassionate and evidence-based system of support. Her first book, Burn Bright, is available now (!) offering a practical toolkit to self-heal from burnout. Charlene believes in a balanced life and practices what she teaches. When she’s not helping people or promoting her book she’s spending quality time with loved ones, skiing in Mammoth Lakes, CA, or making art in DUMBO, Brooklyn.
