As a trained psychotherapist and breathwork facilitator I’ve found the combo to be exactly what most of my clients need to process the traumatic stress of the ongoing chaos of current realities and to release old subconscious barriers that have kept them stuck.

Traditional talk therapy and mindset work alone have their limits. By adding breathwork, this approach seamlessly bridges the gap between mind and body as coherence is restored. Each 75-minute session is designed to offer the thinking brain a space to share, rationalize, and insight while the body and breath make the needed connections within the subconscious mind for deep, meaningful, and lasting integrated healing.

In our burnout culture and braincentric society, with success primarily measured by our intellect, we’re taught to spend a disproportionate amount of time in our heads. This, linked with the intense sensations that occur in the body due to trauma, anxiety, and ongoing stress, can have you believing that your body is an unsafe and scary place. Couples Burnout

Prior to the pandemic I worked primarily with individuals, yet as the impact of months and months of quarantine have rolled on, Couples Burnout has arisen as a major problem and the bulk of my work. Just as with individual burnout, the daily and accumulated life stressors, bring to light the areas that need attention. Before March 2020, when we steamrolled through our days, had outside distractions, and other places to be, the normal issues that couples have were easily ignored. This pandemic has made it very clear that (systemically, relationally, and personally) there is much that we can no longer deny.

Viewing this as your wake-up call, the healing process begins with the courageous acknowledgment that things aren’t quite working. Yet, most relationships are salvageable, as long as there is a readiness and desire to make the needed changes. Again here, the body and breath is a powerful tool, allowing the conscious brain to take a back seat as old relationship paradigms shift and attachment wounds heal, making way for beautifully deep trust and connection.

The 75-minute session fee is $300 for Individuals and $350 for Couples. I do offer a needs-based sliding scale which we can discuss in further detail during your consultation call.
